I always forget Aaron & Brooke are trainers as they are more like friends, easily approachable & know their stuff. Very mindful on their approach & want to know you're ok through the whole process rather than interested in the numbers. They care so much about you as a person & what's going on in your life, creating solutions to any problems you may have.

An experience that will never be forgotten. It's wonderful to feel confident & sexy espiecially at 48 years old. I couldn't have done this without the guidance, support, love, laughter & knowledge of Brooke. Brooke is amazing & i thank her for all the hard work & time she put into me. Aaron is great to work with & easy going, but didn't shy away from telling me off which was needed at times. He helped me understand the value of food & see it in a completely different light. Making life easier by working around my social life. Was a brilliant experience. I couldn't ask for a better cpach.

Started having PT sessions with Brooke a few months ago & haven't looked back since! Our sessions have provided me with so much support & advice on not just how to lose weight but how to make a lifestyle change to keep it off. Cannot thank Brooke enough for the confidence boost she's given me since i joined the gym, would 100% recommend & am looking forward to smashing more goals with her in 2019

I had a great time whilst training with Brooke. She listened to my needs & wrote a programme for me that was tailored to my running. The programme made me stronger & i really felt the difference when running. I would recommend her for any training, she pushes you but makes you laugh at the same time, that's not even mentioning her putting your choice of tracks on the playlist!

Look no further! You will not regret having Aaron or Brooke as your PT! I initially had my consultation with Aaron. I was so nervous as I have so many health issues including anxiety. Aaron made me feel at ease & was so knowledgeable.he answered all my questions & really understood me & my medical needs. I started my journey with Brooke - she's amazing! She is so supportive & encourages me to do the things that i don't think i can do, but, actually can! Brooke is also like my therapist so win win. Brooke has really been helping me with my diet & taking my measurements on a monthly basis. I can contact her when i need to... I just can't explain how she's helped me. I would just like to add that since i started, my physical & mental health have significantly improved. Thank you both sooooo much.

Just want to say a big thank you to Aaron Brindley for his patience with me over the last year. I’m gradually losing the weight I need to without changing too much in my diet. I’m an “older” client so he has been kind to me, but also very encouraging and helpful. He is a very knowledgeable trainer in all aspects of fitness, but also a really lovely person. You couldn’t get better than Aaron!

Started training with Aaron a few months back on the booty program and had a few PT sessions prior to this. I've had the best results I've ever had with Aaron's support and encouragement. Never really feeling confident in the gym I'm now a regular gym member! Xx

Every trainer I’ve ever used has always pushed me to the point that I never want to be at, feeling sick and aching for days. Aaron was the opposite, he pushed me but in the most positive way, not only do I feel like I want to push myself harder, I feel like he is also pushing me by changing my mindset and how I think about myself. He has listened to my story and has focused on a different more successful approach than anyone ever has! I am only at the start of my weight loss/fitness journey, but I’m confident that with Aaron’s guidance I will be a happier and healthier person inside and out!

I did the booty program with Aaron. Got great results in just a month with all Aaron's advice and support. Definitely recommend. Thank you for setting me on the path of becoming a gym regular, which I honestly thought would never happen.

Starting off on the transformation programme, AB Fitness provided good advice, encouragement and support to kick start my fitness journey. Fast forward 12 months of PT sessions and I’m more confident, progressing at my own rate whilst juggling my career and didn’t think I would become a gym regular!

Aaron definitely has the look of innocence but underneath that is a seriously tough and brilliant personal trainer who will work you to dying point at each session. Every week the workouts are different and getting increasingly harder, but that's how it's meant to be, and Aaron is THE most supportive and encouraging PT you'll ever meet. I'm so thankful to have found such a wonderful PT.

Thanks to Aaron this is the longest I have stuck at a gym! He has really given me the confidence to tackle the gym head on. I've really enjoyed his classes. He is always encouraging and helpful. He is aware of lower back troubles that I have and tailors the exercises to accommodate this.
I have also had some PT sessions with Aaron, which I really enjoyed. He has taught me how to use equipment that I've never even seen before and given me some great ideas on what exercises to do. He has been really supportive and never allows me to doubt my abilities. He really goes that extra mile for his clients.
