I'm new to exercise do I need to get a bit fitter before starting Personal Training?
Personal Training isn't about how hard we can work you. It's about guiding & supporting you to achieve your goals no matter how fit you are. We will tailor every session to your abilities and we will progress at a rate that feels natural to you. Getting you fit in the right way is what we're all about. 

 How long do the sessions last for?
All sessions last between 45 minutes & 60 minutes.
I am an experienced gym user, how can Personal Training help me?
If you've got this far then you feel there is something missing from your training. Your progress has either stalled or slowed, you could be getting bored of the same old routine or unsure how to take it to the next level. No matter your experience we are able to assist you push on.
I've worked with Personal Trainers before, what makes you different?
All personal trainers are from different walks of life with varying levels of experience in the gym with clients and in their own life experiences. We haven't always been personal trainers and have more than likely had very similar life experiences so are able to relate to you. This is why we offer a free consultation so that we can get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. We fully encourage you to do your due diligence and research any trainer before hiring them. We certainly do before taking on the client. If we are not right for you then we happily refer you to a trainer who will be. 
I've been shopping around and you are one of the more expensive trainers, how can you justify your fees?
Here at AB Health & Fitness every client gets a personalised experience. We take the time to get to know you and support you through every aspect of your lives so that you can make the lifestyle change required to get results. We make sure that we stay up to date with developments in all things exercise and nutrition. This way we can always bring you the best quality of service. All of this requires  a significant investment in both time and expense. We charge based on the quality of our service. There are cheaper options, however, you're making an investment in your health and fitness, the cost of this shouldn't be the first factor when deciding whether we are right for you. The quality of our service and track record should be. Please feel free to check out our reviews, social media and reach out to clients past and present for their views. We fully encourage you to do your homework on us before committing to working with us.  
Can I personal train with you from home or my local gym?
No. We're not able to train face to face with you from home or your local gym. However, we can still help you through our online coaching service.
Do I need to be a member of Elite Fitness Southend to start Personal Training with you?
No. You don't need to be member of Elite Fitness Southend to train with us. You only require a membership if you wish to use the facilities outside of our training sessions.
Elite Fitness Southend is too far for me to travel, but I really want to train with you, what can we do?
We can still coach you through our online coaching service. You will get all the support and structure of a Personal Training session plus it's at a fraction of the cost. Get in touch for more information.
